Monitoring inventory levels in FBA
Monitoring FBA stock levels on a daily basis to identify the risk of going out of stock. Risk assessment is based on importance of the SKU in profits/ long-term business.
Check shipments inbound, working, reserved, etc. frequently to check urgent requirement of replenishment
Plan replenishments & contact forwarders
- Plan LTL/ small parcel shipments at intervals based on relevant product/ profit parameters;
- Calculate needed shipment quantities based on different 3PL warehouses and FBA stock, already created shipments and Amazon stock limits;
- Receive confirmation of pick up;
Creating and monitoring shipments into Amazon
This will follow the following steps:
- Creation of shipments in Amazon Seller Central;
- Send labels with required information about shipment from warehouse to FBA
After creation, reconciliation of shipments sent by us and received by Amazon: 1. Check shipment discrepancies and consolidate
Amazon Reimbursements.
Track Shipment Location Reconcile, Resolve Issues through sending Amazon cases and calling them.
