Q1. What is the hiring process at Accurest Consulting?
- You receive an email for the Assessment test once your profile is shortlisted.
- It includes testing of job-relevant skills, software skills, personality judgement, basic english test.
- Once you clear your test, you will receive a call from HR to judge the suitability of yours in the company and basic requirements related to the job (mentioned in “You can be an Accurist too”. It also includes judging your communication skills, or that you will appear for a Technical round conducted by Department experts.
- Moving forward in the hiring process requires us to be “Value match”, and you to be comfortable in the company culture, after clearing all these processes, you will receive an invitation for the final interview which will be taken by Company’s Partners itself.
