Business Development Associate

Accurest Consulting offers management services including Supply Chain Management and Performance reporting (MIS). We believe in providing these services with special attention to precision and timeliness.

Responsibilities:

  1. Draft and send business proposals to potential clients
  2. Perform various business research and respond to client questions
  3. Set up and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
  4. Ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations for customer acquisition
  5. Generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process
  6. Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  7. Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
  8. Research and understand the competitive landscape to identify and track target customers
  9. Analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities
  10. Closely monitor and pay continuous attention to key changes in product portfolio and key market changes
  11. Stay customer-focused time up to 70%
  12. Handle other duties as assigned

Skills required:

1. 1+ year of experience as a business developer in a business consulting company (preferred)

2. Graduated from any stream

3. Good communication & listening skills

4. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills

5. Able to work independently and as a team player

6. Customer focus and result oriented approach

7. Enthusiastic approach

8. Experience with contract mining platforms should as LinkedIn

9. Strong identification with core values: sustainability, openness, enjoyment
