Responsibilities:
- Draft and send business proposals to potential clients
- Perform various business research and respond to client questions
- Set up and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
- Ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations for customer acquisition
- Generate leads & identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process
- Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
- Research and understand the competitive landscape to identify and track target customers
- Analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities
- Closely monitor and pay continuous attention to key changes in product portfolio and key market changes
- Stay customer-focused time up to 70%
- Handle other duties as assigned
Skills required:
1. 1+ year of experience as a business developer in a business consulting company (preferred)
2. Graduated from any stream
3. Good communication & listening skills
4. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
5. Able to work independently and as a team player
6. Customer focus and result oriented approach
7. Enthusiastic approach
8. Experience with contract mining platforms should as LinkedIn
9. Strong identification with core values: sustainability, openness, enjoyment
